Fingers crossed...
We found a house we really like!!! Hopefully we will be putting in an offer on it, if everything goes as planned. It has a lot of potential. It's a bank-owned repo, so it's a pretty good deal. Here's to hoping!

The house is pretty. I can understand your readiness to get a house just be sure when you buy that you are happy with it. Don't settle!
